Shuttle Service
Our Door-to-Door Shuttle Service is designed to provide a safe, reliable, and convenient transportation option for our students from our international preschool to our international high school (grade 12). The service consists of 7-seater taxi vans that pick up your child directly from your doorstep and drop them off at school, ensuring the same convenience for the return trip in the evening.
Reliability and Safety
Our Shuttle Service is not only convenient but also highly reliable and secure. We have partnered with our transportation provider for over 10 years, ensuring a stable and trustworthy service.
Our professional drivers are dedicated to student safety and will ensure children arrive safely at our international school and home with their parents or a designated adult. This guarantees peace of mind for parents knowing that their child is always in safe hands. In addition, families have direct access to the driver’s phone number for ease of communication.
One-third of our students enjoy the convenience and reliability of our door-to-door shuttle bus service every day.

Morning Pick-Up Times: 7:20am - 8:20am

Afternoon Pick-Up and Drop-Off Times:
- Monday to Friday: shuttle departures are scheduled at approximately 4:15pm from Monday to Friday. Drop-off is between 4:30pm - 5:30pm.
- Wednesday: shuttle departures are scheduled at approximately 1:15pm. Drop-off is between 1:30pm - 2:30pm.
Time are indicative estimates depending on traffic conditions.
This schedule is adjusted for our international high school students with classes ending after 4pm (Grades 9-12).
For students participating in Extracurricular Activities, shuttle departures are scheduled at approximately 5:15pm from Monday to Friday*. However, please note that the shuttle service is not available for students utilising the After School Care service that ends at 6:00pm.
*The school reserves the right to cancel the shuttle service after 5.15pm if the journey is deemed too long. In such cases, the cost of the extracurricular activity will be reimbursed.
Fees
The cost depends on the distance from the school:
- Door-to-Door Shuttle - under 10 km: 7570€
- Door-to-Door Shuttle - 10-14 km: 8190€
- Door-to-Door Shuttle - over 17 km (subject to approval by advance request): 9060€
The Door-to-Door Shuttle Fees will be invoiced following the start of the school year.
For students joining during the course of the school year, the Door-to-Door Shuttle Fees are prorated by month of arrival.
