Safeguarding and Student Wellbeing
At ICS Paris, we believe that academic excellence is uniquely possible when every student experiences support and respect.
Our approach to safeguarding and wellbeing is universal, embracing the emotional, social, and physical aspects of every child’s development. ICS Paris thoroughly acknowlodges the contribution it makes to protect, support and promote the welfare of all students. Our policy is built on four key pillars: Assess, Plan, Action, Review.
Our objective is to provide every student a calm, stimulating, and empathetic learning environment in which they can thrive and progress.

Our Graduated Approach to Student Safety
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to the Assess-Plan-Do-Review process, guaranteeing that safeguarding is never a "one-off" event, but a continuous cycle of care. Our team works relentlessly to ensure every student is safe and protected by:
- Assess: Identifying emerging problems early through proactive observation and providing effective, timely intervention.
- Plan: Working with families and professionals to prevent harm and protect students from any impairment to their health or development.
- Do: Putting safety plans into action by maintaining secure environments consistent with the provision of safe and effective care.
- Review: Constantly evaluating our impact and strengthening students with the knowledge to stay safe, including providing robust, up-to-date online safety education.
By following this graduated approach, we ascertain that our support progresses alongside the needs of our students, keeping safeguarding at the prominence of everything we do.
