Partnership with LE Cordon Bleu Paris

Half-Term Family Workshops and Nutrition Discovery Programme for Primary Students

We are delighted to announce an exciting new partnership between ICS Paris and Le Cordon Bleu, one of the world's most prestigious culinary and hospitality institutions.

Through this unique collaboration, our Primary students will benefit from enriching in-school educational visits and holiday camp experiences led by Le Cordon Bleu experts. As part of the Globeducate network, this partnership brings together a leading international education group and a world-renowned culinary school, creating a rare opportunity for students to learn from some of the very best professionals in the field. These engaging experiences will introduce students to the world of culinary arts while developing practical skills, confidence and curiosity in a dynamic, real-world learning environment.

Personal by design. Inspired by Paris. Connected to the world.

The collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu reflects the ICS approach to education: Personal by design. Inspired by Paris. Connected to the world. Through age-appropriate workshops, nutrition sessions and special events, students will have opportunities to discover new interests, develop practical skills and explore how food connects people and cultures.

At the heart of the partnership is an ambition: to make learning relevant to children’s lives. Activities will be shaped around students’ ages and learning needs, encouraging them to ask questions, experiment and build confidence through participation.

A forthcoming Nutrition Discovery Programme for Primary students will introduce healthy eating and food awareness through interactive sessions. Practical activities will help younger learners understand everyday food choices and begin developing habits that support their wellbeing.

The wider collaboration will draw on the expertise of Le Cordon Bleu chefs and specialists to explore culinary creativity, sustainability and food science. Students will encounter opportunities to practise collaboration, precision and problem-solving, while seeing how classroom learning applies in everyday life.

Classes for Primary Students

Grades 1 to 5

We are excited to announce that ICS Paris will soon launch a dedicated Nutrition Discovery Programme for Primary students in partnership with Le Cordon Bleu Paris.

Specifically designed for younger learners, from Grade 1-5, these engaging sessions will introduce students to the fundamentals of nutrition, healthy eating habits, and food awareness through age-appropriate activities and interactive learning experiences. Recognising the attention span and learning needs of younger children, sessions will be concise, dynamic, and hands-on, typically lasting around 90 minutes (maximum) and incorporating practical activities linked to each topic.

Starting in January 2027, this programme reflects our commitment to supporting students' wellbeing while fostering curiosity, healthy habits, and lifelong learning beyond the classroom.

Founded in Paris in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu brings more than a century of culinary education to the relationship. For ICS Paris, the partnership offers a way to draw on the culture and expertise of its home city, making Paris an active part of students’ education. These experiences also support the school’s International Baccalaureate approach, connecting inquiry with practical exploration. Food provides a rich starting point for investigating science, mathematics, culture and wellbeing, helping students make connections across subjects.

"Partnering with ICS Paris is a wonderful opportunity to share our passion for gastronomy, nutrition and lifelong learning with the next generation. At Le Cordon Bleu, we believe that an early appreciation for quality ingredients, culinary technique and balanced eating establishes a foundation for life. Through this partnership, we hope to inspire students to explore new tastes, nurture their creativity and develop essential skills and healthy habits that will benefit them well into the future.”
