"We must open our doors to all cooking enthusiasts and let them get to know, try and understand where the delicious food served to them comes from. We aim to offer classes that suit today's tastes, by opening up to other types of cooking, by adapting to different levels of ability in a modern and user-friendly space with efficient and easy-to-use equipment. This cooking school is a condensation of experiences and know-how, adapted to everyone's desires".

Shaping curious, creative, and responsible minds through the culinary arts

The workshops offered by Ecole Ducasse Paris Studio are perfectly aligned with ICS Paris’s educational vision, providing students with an authentic, creative, and meaningful learning experience. By introducing children from a young age to culinary and pastry arts, these workshops reinforce the key principles of our schools: skills development, character formation, and openness to the world. Ecole Ducasse Paris Studio’s approach—rooted in excellence, sensory exploration, and hands-on practice—allows students to discover a discipline that combines rigor, expertise, and pleasure.
Furthermore, the strong sustainable dimension (healthy eating, anti-waste recipes, respect for the planet) directly resonates with Globeducate’s commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals and its educational partnerships with Eco-Schools and WWF. These workshops thus become a concrete lever enabling ICS Paris students to apply their knowledge, develop their talents, and envision a future aligned with their passions while cultivating global awareness and responsibility.
