Washington MUN 2025
We are proud to celebrate the recent achievements of our Model United Nations (MUN) team, who represented our school at the Washington MUN 2025, an international conference organized by the World Council for Youth and Diplomacy. This prestigious event offered an enriching platform for students to engage in rigorous debate, hone their diplomatic skills, and develop a deeper understanding of global issues—all through the lens of international collaboration.
Under the expert guidance of Mrs. Kozuch, our delegates rose to the occasion with confidence and integrity. Through their participation, they exemplified the values of the IB Learner Profile, acting as principled leaders, reflective thinkers, and articulate communicators.
Our talented delegates—Fumito, Lisa, Maksymilian, José, and Claudia—displayed exceptional commitment and skill throughout the conference. Their contributions were recognized at the highest level:
-
José earned an Honourable Mention for his impressive performance.
-
Maksymilian received the coveted Best Delegate of the Conference award—an outstanding achievement.
Participating in this international forum was not only a valuable educational experience but also a personal milestone. They embraced the challenge, stepping outside their comfort zones and engaging with complex topics that demand both empathy and intellectual rigour.
Congratulations to all our delegates for their success, determination, and willingness to think beyond borders. We are incredibly proud of you.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to Mrs. Kozuch for her unwavering support, coaching, and mentorship throughout the journey. The future is bright with global citizens like these leading the way.
