Globeducate Academic Olympics 2025

Our students have returned from the prestigious Globeducate Academic Olympics 2025, successfully completing four days of stimulating competition and unforgettable international experiences.

From 18–21 November, three dedicated students from ICS Paris International School traveled to Italy to participate in the event, which was expertly hosted by ICS Milan and the Bilingual European School. This year’s gathering united more than 150 bright young minds from Globeducate schools across Europe in an extraordinary competition of intellect, teamwork, and cultural exchange.

The Challenge of Collaboration and Intellect

The Globeducate Academic Olympics is designed to push students to step confidently outside their comfort zones. Our representatives engaged in challenging academic tasks and collaborative exercises, tackling activities designed to test their teamwork, logical thinking, and general knowledge.

A core component of the Olympics is forming mixed-school teams, which fosters immediate collaboration and camaraderie across borders. By working closely with peers from different schools and countries, our students were able to strengthen their problem-solving skills and gain new perspectives through rich cross-cultural interaction.

A Meaningful Global Experience

Beyond the stimulating challenges, the event provided a truly meaningful international experience. Being immersed in a new environment allowed our students to build new friendships that will last a lifetime, enhance their interpersonal skills, and foster greater independence and adaptability.
