We are happy to share with you the ICS Paris international school calendar, designed to keep you well-informed about important dates, holidays, events, and activities throughout the academic year. By having access to the school calendar, you can plan ahead, stay updated, and actively participate in your child's educational journey.

Our international school uniforms
Uniforms can be delivered to your home or school, depending on your preference. Please clearly specify the name of the student on the uniform order if the package will be delivered to the school. Uniform orders are generally shipped 5-10 business days after placing your order. Please note that you will be able to order uniforms during the summer break, but packages will be dispatched from Monday, August 18th. We advise you to place your orders in time for the start of the new school year.

School Day
We have designed our school day hours with careful consideration for age-appropriate learning, rest, and engagement. The schedule allows for a comprehensive academic curriculum, dedicated time for student activities, and the development of essential skills and knowledge. Please take note of the following schedule:
School Schedule (Nursery - Grade 12):

Please note that in high school (Grades 9-12), students may have classes later than 4pm on occasion, depending on their timetable.
Our extracurricular activities
We place great importance on our students’ personal development and open-mindedness. For this reason, we have designed a Cultural Programme that runs from international Preschool to international High School, to help them grow and learn beyond classroom work.
After school care is available for students through Grade 5 until 6pm daily, except on Wednesdays when we have special programming such as Sports Wednesday and French Wednesday from 1pm to 4pm.

Mandatory phone pouches for all students in Secondary (Grades 6-12)
To support student focus and uphold our phone policy, Yondr pouches are mandatory for all secondary students (Grades 6–12). Please order yours using the link below.

Hot Lunch Service
Our Hot Lunch Service is an optional service, providing delicious and balanced meals, prepared in accordance with the guidelines set by the French Ministry of Health.
