Annual Fees

The Application Fee is 750€ per child, which is due when submitting the Online Application Form. This fee is non-refundable.

If your company will be paying the Application Fee directly to the school, please select "Direct Payment by Company" when filling in the Online Application Form and your company will be invoiced directly.

The Registration Fee is due once the ICS Paris Admissions Committee has accepted the application and the family has received the official Acceptance Letter.

• The fee is €3,000 per child.

• The fee applies starting from Grade 1.

• This payment holds the child's place at the school.

• The fee is non-refundable.

The Annual Tuition Fees vary according to the child's grade:

• Nursery, Pre-K, Kindergarten: 20,994€
• Grade 1 - Grade 5: 24,759€
• Grade 6 - Grade 8: 28,959€
• Grade 9 - Grade 12: 32,475€
• Grade 10: 32,976€**

** Tuition fees for grade 10 include 5 IGCSE examinations. Additional exams will be invoiced to the student (90€-100€ per examination/definitive price in April)

These are invoiced along with the other mandatory fees prior to the start of school and typically due in three instalments on 10 July, 10 September, and 10 December for students joining the school in September 2026.

For students joining during the course of the school year, the Annual Tuition Fees are prorated by month of arrival.

The School Development Fund of 3750€ is invoiced to all new students joining ICS Paris international school. This sum is an obligatory fee that is not prorated according to attendance.

This fee is reduced to 1000€ after the first year of school for returning students.

The School Development Fund is based on four areas of action:

• Promoting Academic Excellence: A significant part of the Excellence Fund is dedicated to improving and innovating academic programmes. This includes the development of ambitious teaching programmes adapted to the evolving needs of our students, as well as investment in cutting-edge educational resources.

• Technological modernisation: In the digital age, it is essential that our students have access to the latest tools and technologies. Funds are allocated to the acquisition and updating of digital equipment, ensuring that our students can acquire the technological skills needed to succeed in the modern world.

• Support for International Exchanges and Projects: We believe in the importance of opening up to the world and intercultural learning. The resources of the Excellence Fund are invested in international exchange programmes within the Globeducate group, offering our students unique opportunities to discover new cultures, strengthen their language skills and develop their understanding of the world.

• Social and Humanitarian Commitment: Beyond academic excellence, we are committed to cultivating values of solidarity and empathy. A portion of our funds is dedicated to social and humanitarian initiatives, ensuring that every student has access to a quality education, whatever their socio-economic background.

ICS Paris international school runs a 1:1 iPad program in Grades 5 to 8 and a 1:1 laptop program in Grades 9 and 10.

Parents of students in Grades 5 to 8 are expected to pay a deposit of 400€ to
the school to borrow an iPad that has been prepared especially for use as a learning device with specific controls and access. This deposit is refundable upon return of both iPad and charger in good condition.

Parents of students in Grades 9 and 10 are expected to purchase a laptop from
the school that has been prepared especially for use as a learning device with specific controls and access. The approximate cost is 700€ inclusive of insurance.

Parents and students will be asked to sign our acceptable use policy at the start of the school year or when they start school.

The Technology Fees will be invoiced along with the Annual Tuition Fees.

From Nursery to Grade 5, there is a mandatory Lunch Supervision Fee of 1677€ for students who bring their lunch box to school. 

The Lunch Supervision Fee is invoiced along with the Annual Tuition Fees.

For students joining during the course of the school year, the Lunch Supervision Fees are prorated by month of arrival.

Lunch Supervision is included for students who opt for the Hot Lunch Service (please see Hot Lunch Service under Additional Fees for more information).

The shuttle bus is a true door-to-door service, which will pick your child up in front of your house, bring them to the international school, and return them safely home in the afternoon at the end of the school day.

The shuttle buses are small 8-seater taxi vans, and the cost depends on the distance from the school:

• Door-to-Door Shuttle - under 10 km (within Paris): 7570€ 
• Door-to-Door Shuttle - 10-14 km (from Hauts de Seine): 8190€
• Door-to-Door Shuttle - up to 17 km (other areas - subject to approval by advance request): 9060€

The Door-to-Door Shuttle Fees will be invoiced following the start of the school year.

For students joining during the course of the school year, the Door-to-Door Shuttle Fees are prorated by month of arrival.

The Hot Lunch is a catered service that consists of a starter, main, cheese, and dessert. Menus are planned in accordance with the French Health Ministry’s guidelines. This optional service costs 2865€ per child annually.

The Hot Lunch Service Fees will be invoiced following the start of the school year.

For students joining during the course of the school year, the Hot Lunch Service Fees are prorated by month of arrival.

Lunch Supervision is mandatory for students in Nursery to Grade 5. Lunch Supervision is included in the cost of the Hot Lunch Service. If you opt for the Hot Lunch Service, any Lunch Supervision Fee already paid will be credited towards the Hot Lunch Service Fee.

Our BML English Support Programme aims to develop respect for the home language (mother tongue) and provide the child a safe space to make mistakes and learn in a safe and positive environment.

This programme is available for students in Grades 1 to 10 upon assessment and is included in the annual cost for the 2026-2027 academic year. 

ICS Paris international school offers a comprehensive Learning Support Programme to assist students with academic challenges and special needs.

• For Individual Lessons: 9,033€ annually
• For Group Lessons: 8,046€ annually

Students may require Learning Support for a semester, multiple semesters, or on an annual basis.

The Learning Support Fees will be invoiced following the start of the school year.

Optional clubs, sports, and after-school activities are available for all students and are billed separately from tuition fees. These elective programmes provide students with the opportunity to develop new skills and explore their interests outside of the standard curriculum.
