Corporate Relocation Enquiries

An IB school in Paris for corporate relocation and expat employee families

Relocating a family to Paris often depends on securing the right school place quickly. ICS Paris works directly with HR teams, mobility managers, and relocation partners to make that process clear and well-supported, from first enquiry through to a child's first day in class.

As an IB World School in Paris offering English-medium education to students aged 3 to 18, we provide a curriculum that travels well, a community that welcomes children who have moved before, and an admissions process designed to meet the timelines that corporate relocations demand.

International school support for relocating families in Paris

For internationally mobile families, the right school is not simply the closest one. It is one where their child's previous education is understood, their progress is protected, and they feel they belong from the start.

ICS Paris has built its community around exactly this. With over 70 nationalities represented across the school, children who arrive mid-year — or mid-education — are joining a group where coming from somewhere else is unremarkable. That makes a significant difference to how quickly a child settles, and how quickly a family feels at home in Paris.

Two young students, a girl and a boy, are sitting at a desk and engaging in a lively discussion, with the girl appearing to be explaining something to the boy while they both smile and seem engaged in the conversation. The background suggests a classroom or study environment, with bookshelves and other educational materials visible.

"What first made us consider the school was the need for us to enhance our children’s English language skills. For me, it has been an essential point in my career, and my personal and professional development. I would say that ICS Paris has opened many more doors for them. I am very happy to have moved my children here. ” - Mrs Gabriela Bidault, Parent of 2 children

Why the IB curriculum works for globally mobile families

The International Baccalaureate is one of the few curricula designed for students who may not stay in one country for their entire education. Its programmes are internationally consistent, recognised by universities worldwide, and structured as a continuum from Early Years through to pre-university level.

At ICS Paris, we offer the full IB continuum: the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for students aged 3 to 12, the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for ages 11 to 16, the globally recognised IGCSEs  and the IB Diploma Programme (DP) for ages 16 to 18. A student relocating mid-education steps into a familiar framework rather than starting over — which matters both for their academic confidence and for the HR teams managing the transition.

For families who may move again, an IB education also offers forward continuity. IB results and university pathways are recognised by leading institutions across Europe, North America, and beyond, protecting a student's options regardless of where their family is based when they apply.

All instruction at ICS Paris is in English. French language learning is integrated from an early age, while students also have opportunities to develop their mother tongue and learn additional languages throughout their time at the school.

Admissions support for HR teams and relocation agencies

ICS Paris has a dedicated point of contact for all corporate and relocation enquiries. HR managers and relocation consultants do not enter the same process as individual families. You will work with one named person who understands corporate timelines, billing requirements, and what mobility teams need in order to move quickly. For more information contact:

Once a corporate enquiry is submitted, our admissions team will respond within 48 business hours with confirmation of place availability, relevant year group information, and clear next steps. Where helpful, we can also arrange a call directly with the employee's family or their relocation consultant before an application is submitted.

Mid-year entry and urgent relocation cases

ICS Paris operates rolling admissions throughout the academic year, subject to place availability. We know that relocations do not always align with September, and our admissions process is built to accommodate families arriving at any point in the school year.

For urgent cases, we prioritise speed without compromising the quality of the welcome a child receives. If your employee's timeline is pressing, tell us at the point of enquiry and we will respond accordingly.

For September entry, we recommend submitting an enquiry as early as possible. Places in some year groups fill well ahead of the new academic year, and early contact gives us the best opportunity to confirm a place before your employee's relocation is finalised.

What HR and relocation partners need to know

Age range and language of instructionICS Paris accepts students aged 3 to 18. All teaching is in English across every year group.

Invoicing
ICS Paris can issue tuition fee invoices directly to an employer or to a relocation management company (RMC). This removes friction from HR billing processes and ensures that school fees and admissions costs align with corporate expense procedures. We are experienced in working within corporate invoicing frameworks and can discuss documentation requirements as part of the admissions conversation.

Fee arrangements
We are open to discussing payment arrangements that suit corporate billing cycles. Specific terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis. Our admissions team can outline the options available at the point of enquiry.

Documents required
Standard documentation for international school admissions in Paris typically includes previous school reports, proof of address or anticipated address, a copy of the student's passport, and any relevant educational assessments. Our admissions team will confirm the full list at the point of application.

School visits
We encourage employees and their families to visit the school before making a decision. Virtual introductions are also available for families who have not yet relocated. Visits can be arranged directly through our corporate admissions contact.

“We were surprised at how quickly our children adapted to the school, and this is all thanks to how ICS Paris welcomed them, they really know how to integrate incoming students. What makes ICS Paris so special are the people who work here; they are so supportive, they pay attention to details, and they understand the needs of the students.” - Esther and Cesar Matarranz Peña, parents of 3 children at ICS Paris
