AN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL IN PARIS FROM 15 TO 18 YEARS OLD
The international High School section is composed of Grades 11 and 12 (Year 12 to 13 in the British class system).
Our international school's educational philosophy is to prepare students for a lifetime of learning though the promotion of multicultural interaction, inquiry based learning and criteria focused assessment.
All high school students enter the IB diploma programme. In addition, they can prepare other international high school diplomas or certificates, allowing them to apply to universities across the globe.
The IB Diploma Programme (International Baccalaureate)
In grade 11 (Year 12), depending on academic eligibility and post-secondary aspirations, ICS Paris students enter the IB Diploma Programme in a Full Diploma track or an IB Certificates track.
In both cases, the two-year cycle corresponding to grades 11 and 12 (Year 12 and 13 in British schools) leads to the achievement of a High School Completion Certificate.
ICS PARIS IS THE ONLY INSTITUTION IN PARIS TO OFFER INTERNATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS ALONGSIDE THE IB DIPLOMA.
At our international school ICS Paris, Grade 11 and 12 (Year 12 and 13 in British schools) courses are assessed both internally and externally.
In High School, students may also choose to learn Spanish or Japanese. Japanese and Korean- language classes are also available for native speakers. French instruction is offered by proficiency levels (from beginner to fluent) and through other academic offerings such as sports.
